EVERY MONTH, INCLUDED

Your books, payroll, and KRA — handled every month.

Every line here is included in the monthly retainer — ledger, reconciliation, filings, payroll, and a partner on WhatsApp. One fee; anything outside it is priced in writing first.

From KSh 15,000 / mo
  • General ledger & monthly close

Your books closed by the tenth of each month — every transaction posted, coded, and reconciled to source.

  • Bank & M-Pesa reconciliation

Every account tied back to statements, so the numbers you act on match the money that actually moved.

  • VAT, PAYE & withholding-tax filing

Monthly statutory filings to KRA on cadence — the rhythm that keeps penalties and summons out of your inbox.

  • Accounts payable & receivable

Supplier and customer ledgers kept current, so you always know who you owe and who owes you.

  • Payroll administration

Payslips, PAYE, NSSF, SHA, and NITA computed and filed — staff paid right, deductions remitted on time.

  • Quarterly management report

A plain-English read on where the business stands — not a data dump, a decision aid.

  • WhatsApp access to a partner

A question about a payment or a filing is a message away — answered by a partner within one business day.

HOW ONBOARDING RUNS

From signed to filed in thirty days.

Switching to us runs on a clock, not a “we’ll get to it.” Here is exactly how the first thirty days go — and why you’re penalty-free from month one.

WHO IT’S FOR

You’ll recognise your business here.

Most businesses come to us in one of four situations. Whichever is yours, we’ve handled it before — for more than a hundred Kenyan businesses since 2022.

  • SMEs without an in-house finance team

You run the business; we run the books — a full finance function for less than a junior accountant’s salary.

  • Businesses behind on filings

Two or three years of unfiled returns? We clear most backlogs in six to eight weeks, then keep you current.

  • Switching from another bookkeeper

Mid-year hand-overs are routine. We reconcile what came before and pick up the cadence without a gap.

  • Companies that need audit-ready books

Books kept to the standard your auditor expects — so audit season is a hand-off, not a scramble.

CLOUD-FIRST

We run your books where you can see them.

Certified across Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage — we work in your platform, or migrate you onto one and own the move.

BEFORE YOU SWITCHSIX ANSWERS

The questions before you hand over the books.

Scope, takeovers, backlogs, software, payroll — the questions our partners answer on the phone, written down.

  • Monthly book close; VAT, PAYE, and withholding-tax filings; statutory filings; one quarterly management report; and WhatsApp access to a partner. Anything outside that scope is priced in writing before we start — never a surprise invoice.

  • Yes — mid-year hand-overs are routine. We review your prior-year returns, chart of accounts, and eTIMS status in week one, reconcile what came before, and pick up the monthly cadence without a gap.

  • Yes. Backlog remediation is quoted separately from the retainer. Most backlogs — two or three years of returns and accounts — clear in six to eight weeks, after which you move to monthly cadence. Penalty exposure is negotiated with KRA in writing.

  • We’re certified across Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. We’ll work in whichever you already run, or migrate you onto one and own the move. Cloud-first, so you see the numbers in real time, not just at month-end.

  • Yes. Payslips, PAYE, NSSF, SHA, and NITA are computed and filed as part of the monthly service — staff paid right and deductions remitted on time, by the 9th of each following month.

  • The retainer covers the recurring work in full. One-off pieces — a backlog clean-up, a special report, an audit — are scoped and priced before work begins. Every quote is itemised; nothing is verbal.
